Welcome to Team Design Duck. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
Team Design Duck provides creative and digital services including branding, logo design, packaging design, graphic design, website design and development, social media creatives, and related services.
The exact scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before starting a project.
2. Project Confirmation
A project is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received and the project scope has been approved.
Work will begin after receiving the necessary information, content, references, and materials from the client.
3. Payments
Unless otherwise agreed, 50% advance payment is required to start a project.
The remaining balance must be paid upon completion or before the final files, source files, website credentials, or other final deliverables are handed over.
Advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.
4. Revisions
The number of revisions included in a project will depend on the agreed package or quotation.
Revisions should be based on the original project brief. Major changes, new concepts, or changes to the approved direction may be treated as additional work and may incur extra charges.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate content, product information, logos, images, brand guidelines, references, and other required materials.
Delays in providing required information or feedback may affect the project timeline.
6. Approvals
Once a design, concept, page, or deliverable has been approved by the client, further changes may be considered additional work and may incur additional charges.
Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving the final content and designs.
7. Project Timeline
Estimated timelines will be communicated before or during the project.
Timelines may change due to delayed feedback, missing content, additional revisions, scope changes, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
If a client cancels a project after work has started, the advance payment will generally not be refundable.
Any completed work or outstanding payment due for work already performed must be settled before project closure.
9. Ownership & Source Files
Final approved designs will be transferred to the client after full payment has been received.
Source/editable files will only be provided if they are included in the agreed package or quotation.
Team Design Duck may retain the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Third-Party Services
Some projects may require third-party services such as hosting, domains, fonts, plugins, stock images, software, payment gateways, APIs, or other external services.
Third-party charges are generally separate from our service fees unless specifically mentioned in the quotation.
We are not responsible for changes, downtime, pricing, policies, or failures caused by third-party services.
11. Website Projects
For website projects, the client is responsible for providing accurate content, images, product information, legal policies, and other required materials.
Website maintenance, hosting, domain renewal, premium plugins, security services, and future updates are not included unless specifically mentioned in the project agreement.
12. Intellectual Property
Clients are responsible for ensuring that materials provided by them, including images, fonts, logos, text, and other content, do not infringe third-party copyrights or trademarks.
Team Design Duck is not responsible for legal claims arising from materials supplied by the client.
13. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of client information, business details, project information, and materials shared with us during a project.
We will not intentionally disclose confidential project information to unrelated third parties without permission, except where required by law or necessary to provide agreed services.
14. Communication
Project communication should preferably take place through the agreed communication channel.
Timely feedback and approvals are necessary to keep projects moving according to schedule.
15. Limitation of Liability
Team Design Duck will make reasonable efforts to provide professional and reliable services. However, we are not responsible for losses caused by third-party platforms, technical failures, incorrect information supplied by the client, delays in approvals, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
16. Changes to These Terms
Team Design Duck reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
Any updated version will be published on this page with the revised date.
